Q: Are you just an Online Store?
Answer 1: No we have been in business for 50 years and supply mainly Industrial Companies in the Sydney Area. We have Sales Representatives on the road who can assist with general enquiries and specialised requirements. This website has been put together because we think that lots of people will be ordering online in the future for everything from DVD's to Book's and hopefully Packaging Materials! |

Answer 2: You can pick up from our warehouse at Unit 7,
133-137 Beauchamp Road Matraville NSW 2036. Our hours are 7.30am - 3.00pm Monday to Friday.

Q: Shipping and Freight Charges?
Answer 5:
1. We ship Australia wide except for some very Bulky Items which are marked "Sydney Area only". Please refer to this map for areas where we deliver bulky items. We do not deliver Bulky Items outside the area listed on the map. All items not marked as "Sydney Area Only" can be shipped all over Australia.
2. All freight costs will be quoted after you place your order by email. We do this to minimise freight by getting a quote on every order so we can give you the best freight charge possible.
Please note we do not charge your Credit Card until you have confirmed the freight charge.
3. We have a Truck which does deliveries throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area on a daily basis so Sydney Freight Charges in most instances will be between $8.00 and $20.00 depending on the size of the item and the delivery location.

Answer 7: We try and keep all products on the website in stock at all times but sometimes products may not be available for a few days. Orders will be sent in full when all the stock has arrived unless you advise us otherwise. |

Answer 8: All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% Goods and Services Tax
