CTS Continuous Taping System |

This
accessory to 3M-Matic case sealing equipment increases
productivity by providing a continuous flow of tape for your
case sealer - when it reaches the end of one tape roll, it
automatically switches to a new one. The Continuous taping
System is easy to install on any case sealing system. The tape
feed rollers mount at almost any level, allowing the system to
feed bottom or top taping heads with equal ease. And to help fit
in tight spaces, the system can be set up in a variety of
configurations.
Features include a standby tape roll and staging assembly; tape
change |
| indicator light; automatic splicing mechanism; 1" x
2" box tubing steel frame; power switch and indicator

The
S-857 instantly applies pre-fed 115mm "L" clips of
Scotch™ brand high performance filament tape on a variety of
box sizes, shapes and styles - up to 50 per minute. Durable
buffing rollers assure consistent tape closure, even very close
to corners. Its narrow width (11" [280mm]) allows
side-by-side mounting for simultaneous application of multiple
"L" clips to the flap of a box. An optional single
head stand is also available. |
